- Love the office? Join us in person.
- Prefer balance? We support a hybrid model.
- Need full flexibility? We are open to Working from Home for experienced candidates who can manage their portfolio independently.

You will be a key player in a high-volume, tech-driven environment. This isn’t just about processing forms—it’s about managing a fast-moving varied workflow.
Key Contributions:
- Portfolio Management: Lead the filing and prosecution of UK, EU, and WIPO trademarks generated through our digital platform and innovative consultancy service.
- Strategic Coordination: Work closely with attorneys to schedule deadlines, allocate work, assist with contentious matters and handle registry correspondence.
- Tech Leadership: Maintain our WebTMS database with precision (training provided) and help us continue to leverage technology for efficiency.
- Contentious Matters: Prepare and submit essential forms for oppositions and other proceedings.
- Global Liaison: Coordinate with our network of international associates for global filings, quotes and assistance in contentious matters.
Who You Are
- IP Professional: You have a solid grasp of UK, EU, and WIPO systems and a proactive, “can-do” approach.
- Digitally Native: You enjoy working in a technology-driven environment and appreciate how software streamlines the IP process.
- Independent: You are comfortable managing your own workload and hitting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative: You enjoy the “small team” vibe where everyone’s contribution is visible and valued.
- Mobile (If visiting): If you choose to work from the office, you’ll need your own transport as we are in a beautiful rural location.
What We Offer
- True Flexibility: Full-time preferred, but part-time or flexible hours are absolutely on the table for the right person.
- Location Freedom: Choose between office-based, hybrid, or remote work.
- Career Growth: Gain exposure to a volume of varied work where your input can make a big impact.
- A Modern Culture: No stuffy hierarchies—just a talented, tech-savvy team doing great work.
